My first pair is still going after 3 years. Second is already as worn as first. My SILs both have some and one is trashed and the other is fine. Where is the consistency? We are on our feet a lot but my first has gone at least 3,000 miles because I wore them for trips to Disneyland, etc.

Sent shoes back per their policy within time frame. $$$ deducted from payroll but they issue a paper check. They received shoes 7/29/17 & processed refund request 8/1/17. On 8/14/17, they tell me to give it another week or 2. NEVER AGAIN!!! $70.00 is a lot of money to waiting for at their whim. Do yourself a favor & go to DSW or any other store.
